Cast iron rocks. I prefer the Victoria brand because the handles are longer and larger. It makes it easier to move the pan from the stove to the oven and around. I got them 20 years ago and have used them multiple times a day since and they are great. Anything sticks/burns and a bit of barkeeper’s friend fixes it when you wash up. I love them so much that after about 5 years we bought a second set so we had two of everything.
