Teflon isn’t generally considered “good” cookware. I understand the need for it for the home cook but I generally buy cheap Teflon stuff because I know it’s going to flake no mater what. I also use cast iron for non stick but that’s not for the faint of heart. But it’s more buy it for life than anything you can get.
