Demeyere Atlantis is my favorite. No rivets and induction focused. It is hands down superior to anything else. All-Clad and Made In are also very good brands of clad cookware. They will easily get the job done and last a lifetime. Instead of cast iron fry pans I have opted for SolidTeknics. They work like cast iron but are lighter and also no rivets compared to other carbon steel cookware. Le Creuset is great but Staub is a tight competitor with better prices.
