SCANPAN Really not sure why I have to keep saying this. I cook a lot, I’m good at it, I enjoy it, get the fucking scanpans. All clad is great and all but most people don’t want stainless steel every time they cook CS+ line, it’s not cheap but they’re amazing. Or if you have to go “non-nonstick,” Smithey cast iron pans are polished cast iron so they don’t have the same headaches as traditional cast iron and they are *a bit* nonstick naturally.
