Cast iron is wonderful, but also NINJA. Absolutely amazed by the set I purchased. My friend has had her set for years and her son insists on using metal utensils on the non-stick surface and she said still not a scratch. Costco and Sam's have them on sale often. My partner and I agreed that the Ninfa Foodie and the pan set are the best things we have ever purchased
