“I second All Clad and will add Made in.”

I second All Clad and will add Made in. Buy a few open stock ones and you’ll be rewarded for years. Takes care of them- heat them up then add oil- let them cook before you ever put them in water- other than those rules they are pretty easy care. I found a returned Made In set on Amazon for 500$. I bought all my All Clad piece by piece as I could afford it. My non stick pan is by Henckles. I’m going to by a non stick from Hex Clad next. You really only need one non stick. I also have a Sardel ( great) and a USA Pan 3 qt that I use often. Don’t buy cheap. Buy quality made and not from China, as they tend to not be as well built. Even some of your top brands are made there and they do not perform as well as he others I have listed. If you’re a serious cook- you’ll want serious pans even if you have to piece meal the purchases.

“I’ve had my Made In set for a couple years. They get used daily and the nonstick is still slick as ever.”

I’ve had my Made In set for a couple years. They get used daily and the nonstick is still slick as ever. I definitely baby them though; never use cooking spray, never seen the inside of a dishwasher, and get stored with rags between.
