If you actually want to buy it for life, learn how to use cast iron or stainless. It really isn’t that hard. Anybody in this thread recommending non-stick coated cookware is kidding themselves. Not only is it a good way to fuck up your body with PFAS, but they do not last. Cast iron lasts generations.
