Everyone will say stay away from nonstick but if you are very busy, just ignore BIFL and go with nonstick, esp for eggs. I have a happycall (korean company), and it’s the best nonstick pan ive ever used. Going on four years now, still strong. I have cast irons, carbon steel, stainless steel… with three kids, the nonstick pans almost always come out first. Random assortment is good and nothing wrong with it. I always believe in upgrading one at a time — all clad, lecreuset here and there.
