Consumer Reports has non-stick as the top of the list. The first few brands are Caraway ceramic coated non-stick, followed by green pan Reserve ceramic non-stick, and third Oxo ceramic professional non-stick. However those are about 4 to 500 range. The fourth one seems to be about 150 and about the same rating, is apparently from Sam's Club. Called Maker's Mark hard anodized aluminum.
