I love the All Clad 3ply stainless steel set I got from Costco. They don't always have it. But, just stalk the site. The 3ply is the perfect balance between weight and quality. The 5ply set looked nice. But, I didn't want a heavy pot. Only, to 2x the weight with a big pot of soup in it.
